You will be a key member of an experienced team responsible for maintaining and developing new Project Methodology and successful project implementation.

The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with open lines of communication and the willingness to learn new skills. This role will provide challenging opportunities related to Business Management and Mobile solution linked to current business needs.

• Overall planning, Risk assessment, allocating, monitoring and managing of resources for software projects and deliverables
• Manage and develop in-house and remote development teams
• Manage and monitored project expenditure
• Customer interactions to ensure all their requirements are met, addressed and delivered through the software system
• Ensure timely and robust implementation and delivery of products
• Ensure that all development teams adhere to appropriate development standards & processes

• A relevant degree from a recognized university/ Masters or MBA of advantage
• 4-6 years of projects management experience with 2 years in the IT industry
• Experience in program planning and strategic planning
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English, other European language of advantage

• Customer focused and bottom line driven
• Excellent planning and forecasting skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical facts with confidence to client’s management team
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members under pressure
• Strong problem solving ability with holistic outlook
