Sales Manager

Reporting to Sr. Operations Manager
Job Overview

The ideal person would be a talented, dynamic & innovative senior resource with the right profile to join as a Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales

  • Develop ideas and create an optimistic and realistic sales funnel in the assigned region
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support

  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Liaise and work with marketing team to align sales objectives with marketing activities

Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or CIM, CIMA. Masters degree is preferred

  • Minimum 05 years of Sales experience with at least 2 years at the same capacity
  • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives
  • Flexible to travel and be based overseas for longer durations

  • Must be an excellent face-to-face communicator
  • Result oriented person with the ability to build and develop business relationships from “C” level to down

  • Key Account Management skills
  • Proven records in managing major accounts, customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development
  • Telecommunication/IT background will be a definite plus point
