Over the years hSenid has helped M1 implement major projects including mChoice™ Rewards, an End-to-end Customer Churn Management and Retention Solution that supports Promotion Loyalty and Tenure programmes, RTTP Agent a seamless communication media between CMG WSB (Wireless Service Broker) and a payment gateway, SPBP Agent which enables M1 to charge for SMSs generated from Prepaid Users (mostly Roaming), IACC Agent SMSC and IACC Agent MMSC for information transfers. The SME Agent powered by hSenid Mobile is a menu-driven USSD application which facilitates the mobile users to interact with their prepaid accounts. USSD-SMS Agent another USSD application enables M1 customers to send messages via the USSD Service platform for a lower cost.
