Reporting to Sales Manager
Job Overview Your primary challenge, as the Assistant Sales Manager, will be to expand the international customer base by exploring new market avenues mainly for our Telco software solutions and services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and present revenue objectives quarterly and annually.
Generate and establish new business leads.
Strengthen and further develop the existing key accounts.
Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions.
Carry out product presentations to prospective clients and provide them with financial information.
Work closely with the Technical Pre-Sales team in providing the clients with necessary product information.
Work closely with marketing team on creating and implementing brand strategies for hSenid products.
Lead, Motivate and Manage the Sales team.
Advice HR on staff development need and train and develop staff on the job.
Experience & Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
3-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the information technology related field.
2-3 years experience of managing a sales team.
Experience in selling and working with and through Partners and Network Integrators.
Good knowledge of the global Information technology markets.
Skills & Personal Characteristics
Self-motivated, professional and confident, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientated.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Good planning and forecasting skills.
