| Job Overview |
Your primary responsibilities, as the Sales Manager, will be to expand the customer base by exploring new market avenues mainly for our Telco software solutions and services. |
| Duties & Responsibilities |

Create and present revenue objectives quarterly and annually. |
|
| • |
Generate and establish new business leads. |
|
| • |
Strengthen and further develop the existing key accounts. |
|
| • |
Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions. |
|
| • |
Carry out product presentations to prospective clients and provide them with financial information. |
|
| • |
Work closely with the Technical Pre-Sales team in providing the clients with necessary product information. |
|
| • |
Work closely with marketing team on creating and implementing brand strategies for hSenid products. |
|
| • |
Lead, Motivate and Manage the Sales team. |
|
| • |
Advice HR on staff development need and train and develop staff on the job. |
|
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| • |
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. |
|
| • |
3-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the information technology related field. |
|
| • |
2-3 years experience of managing a sales team. |
|
| • |
Experience in selling and working with and through Partners and Network Integrators. |
|
| • |
Good knowledge of the global Information technology markets. |
|
|
