Job Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will have considerable experience of working in the software industry and possess real
world marketing skills, having developed global communication strategies and build brand awareness. The focus of this
role will be to implement effective communications and lead-generation plans across a number of chosen industries and
markets, positioning the company as a thought-leader in its field.
Duties & Responsibilities
•
Supervises the day-to-day marketing activities and programs for a specific product/service line and business unit to
ensure client satisfaction.
•
Develops and implements marketing programs to ensure that all marketing activities support company business
alignment strategies and adheres to company policies.
•
Ability to oversee strategic components of product marketing plans and ensure that business unit marketing plans are consistent with company goals and objectives. Interfaces with account managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
•
Assists in developing the overall marketing strategy to ensure that business unit strategies match company marketing strategies. Works with other company divisions and corporate marketing to leverage overall marketing efforts and investment.
•
Supervises company advertising and public relations (PR) activities of product lines and business units to establish and maintain a favorable image of the company with investors, potential customers and employees.
Experience & Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. MBA is preferred.
•
Seven or more years of industry experience, preferably with three years at a management level with international exposure.
•
Exposure in the IT or Mobile industry is a definite advantage.
