| Job Overview |
You will be responsible for writing concise & comprehensive technical/marketing documents such as white papers, technical manuals, proposals, data sheets, brochures, etc. |
| Duties & Responsibilities |
| • |
Write comprehensive proposals, responds to Tenders and RFPs |
|
| • |
Write concise and comprehensive product guides which represent all technical jargon in simple understandable English for system users, administrators and end users |
|
| • |
Reviewing all documents for hSenid standards prior to their releases to customers or any other interested external party |
|
| • |
Responsible of maintaining and revising the documentation process time to time in order to improve the standards |
|
| • |
Make sure that all other team members and teams adhere to the defined documentation process |
|
| • |
Enhance all documentation templates, create new templates as needed or requested |
|
| • |
Ability to present and discuss product related issues in a competent manner with Engineering and Sales teams |
|
| • |
Provide content for all marketing materials such as product datasheets, brochures, company profiles, advertisements, hand bills, flyers, posters etc |
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| • |
A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification |
|
| • |
Minimum of 4 years experience in technical writing |
|
| • |
Fluency in;
- Microsoft Office
- Macros in office environment
- Macromedia Dreamweaver |
|
| • |
Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage |
|
