| Job Overview |
As a technical project leader in the mobile arena, you will be accountable for overall planning, analyzing, designing and developing mobile applications of high caliber along with the rest of the team. Manage medium scale software projects and deliverables in a timely and a professional manner. You will also be able to experience overall estimating, planning, analyzing, designing and developing mobile applications of high caliber along with the rest of the team. |
| Duties & Responsibilities |

Manage medium scale software projects and deliverables |
|
| • |
Overall estimating, planning, analyzing, designing and developing software products along with the team |
|
| • |
Preparation and roll-out of project plans for software projects |
|
| • |
Manage resources effectively and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products |
|
| • |
Monitor progress of the project plans |
|
| • |
Ensure that all relevant parties for a project must be kept up to date and informed of the progress and decisions made on a weekly basis |
|
| • |
Guide and help junior team members in order to bring them up to speed |
|
| • |
Keep up to date with the latest mobile trends and technologies and implement and apply them to appropriate projects |
|

Customer interactions |

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently and effectively |

| Experience & Qualifications |
| • |
A relevant degree from a recognized university or equivalent |
|
| • |
Minimum 2-3 years software development experience
|
|
| • |
At least 2 years experience with Java and C++ knowledge would be an added advantage |
|
| • |
Minimum of 3 years with at least 1 year in a similar capacity |
|
| • |
Sound Experience in project estimations |
|
| • |
Highly proficient in
- OOA & OOD, UML, Design patterns
- Java technologies such as J2SE, J2EE along
with Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Struts while J2ME would
be an added advantage
- HTTP, Web Services, XML
- Database Management Systems (MySQL, Oracle)
- Linux, Open Source software development
tools (Ant, JUnit, HttpUnit Log4j)
- Knowledge in Agile software development
