The New Year is well and truly here and we are expecting a challenging and an interesting year ahead for the Mobile Communications industry that would see industry players facing increasing competition from non-traditional players, deal with increasing government regulations and encountering other economic uncertainties.
Yet that there will be an expected strategic focus to expand into new markets, develop new & differentiated services especially in growth sectors such as Data, VAS and content with a focus on
service creation to be made more flexible and nurture open eco-systems with service & content providers.
