HOW IT WORKS |
|
The administrator or system user provides credentials for authorization into the system. The Telco Reporting Platform will validate the user and according to the user group/segment a menu will be displayed. The user can select the telco IN and thereafter select the type of CDR file as to view statistics.
All user groups/segments, including non technical users such as sales and marketing personnel can easily login to the platform to build business intelligence reports relevant for their respective areas in real time. Thus empowering all user groups/segments with up-to-the-minute information to make quick decisions and be more competitive and proactive with today’s ever demanding customers. |
