Business Management Trainee

We are on the lookout for persons who enjoy travelling the world, meeting people, solving problems, have a thirst for knowledge, a positive attitude, are innovative, creative, and dream of earning a high reputation as a consultant.

Required skills and experience

  • Finishing a Business or Economics study, or recently graduated
  • Highly organized with a can-do attitude and a ­go-g­etter
  • Confident, able to learn fast and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Able to think on feet, ­good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Previous international exposure is an advantage
  • Partially/fully CIMA qualified or equivalent is an advantage, as is a background in Telco or Financial domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with, and support senior management
  • Conduct research for various business needs
  • Gather, analyze and manage requirements for projects
  • Coordinate and handle local business as well as international relations
  • Support in the establishment of national and international partnerships
  • Be a reliable and efficient conduit between customers and internal teams
