Customer Support Executive

hSenid Mobile Solution is a multinational Telco-Mobile software solutions provider, catering primarily to the Telecom and Financial markets across the globe. We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated person beginning or continuing their sales career in the field of IT.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop Client engagement strategies (eg: mail, cold call campaigns and related)
  • Manage the day to day relationship within new and existing customer base and support new business development (prospecting target new clients)
  • Accurately maintain and expand the database prospects in CRM system
  • Research and identify key decision makers and targets within corporations and firms using CRM, Internet and Social media
  • Retain current designated customer base by providing exceptional service and developing professional relationships

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience; preference to candidates with prior experience supporting sales/business development
  • Experience in B2B IT solution selling will be a definite advantage
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Have a passion towards sales and consultative selling
  • Strong image, business acumen, relationship management and communication skills
  • Have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with strong command of English
