Front Office Coordinator
We are looking for an energetic, quick learner, with a “can do” attitude and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations for our employees, clients and associates.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintaining office stationery inventory
- Support the HR and administration functions of the company
- Experience in travel coordination will be an added advantage
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English
- A learning attitude and self-motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
