Front Office Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, quick learner, with a “can do” attitude and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations for our employees, clients and associates.


  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintaining office stationery inventory
  • Support the HR and administration functions of the company
  • Experience in travel coordination will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English
  • A learning attitude and self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
