Front Office Executive / HR-Assistant

We are looking for a Front Office Executive / HR-Assistant to join our HR team, who’s up for team lunches and outings. Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and able to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Able to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • A learning attitude and self motivated
  • Professional appearance

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors
  • Handle incoming phone calls and daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office stationery inventory, petty cash, and submit reconciliation reports
  • Coordinate and follow-up on staff medical insurance claims
  • Assist HR on employee engagement activities, administration and scheduling interviews
  • Support the Administration team
  • Handle oversea travels including coordination of tickets, accommodation, per diem, insurance and necessary documentation
