HR cum Front Office Executive

We are looking for a highly customer oriented multitasker to join our team.
What you will be doing..
- Welcome visitors and handling incoming phone calls and daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office stationery inventory,
- Assisting HR on interview scheduling process
- Coordinate and follow-up on staff medical insurance claims
- Assist HR on employee engagement activities
- Handle oversea travels including coordination of tickets, accommodation, per diem, insurance and necessary documentation
- Minimum of 1 year similar experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in G Suite
- Knowledge on Peoples HR (HRIS) will be advantageous
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- A humble personality with empathy and team spirit
- A learning attitude and self motivated
- Should be available to join immediately
