HR cum Front Office Executive

We are looking for a highly customer oriented multitasker to join our team.

What you will be doing..

  • Welcome visitors and handling incoming phone calls and daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office stationery inventory, 
  • Assisting HR on interview scheduling process
  • Coordinate and follow-up on staff medical insurance claims
  • Assist HR on employee engagement activities
  • Handle oversea travels including coordination of tickets, accommodation, per diem, insurance and necessary documentation

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year similar experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in G Suite
  • Knowledge on Peoples HR (HRIS) will be advantageous
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • A humble personality with empathy and team spirit
  • A learning attitude and self motivated
  • Should be available to join immediately
