Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated person beginning or continuing their sales career in the field of IT to work on an exciting new product we are working on.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Client engagement strategies (eg: mail, cold call campaigns and related)
Manage the day to day relationship within new and existing customer base and support new business development (prospecting target new clients)
Accurately maintain and expand the database prospects in CRM system
Provide customer support via phone and Email
Research and identify key decision makers and targets within corporations and firms using CRM, Internet and Social media
Retain current designated customer base by providing exceptional service and developing professional relationships
Required Skills and Experience
1 – 3 years of professional experience; preference to candidates with prior experience supporting sales/business development
Experience in B2B IT solution selling will be a definite advantage
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
Have a passion towards sales and consultative selling
Strong image, business acumen, relationship management and communication skills
Have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with strong command of English
The selected candidate will work on US work hours
