Internship- Customer Support
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern for our Apptizer Inc. USA business. The selected candidate will require to provide a superior customer support to Apptizer customers and guests by answering and resolving inbound requests via phone, email, and other means.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with customers as the first point of contact, to resolve issues using phone, email, desktop viewing and chat services.
- Identify and provide input to the customer support knowledge base.
- Working collaboratively with sales and other departments to ensure conversion, seamless on-boarding and deployment.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Customer oriented: you “own” the customer’s problems and are able to solve inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technical skills quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
Experience in web designing, graphic designing will be an added advantage.
