We are looking for an intern to join our close-knitted HR team. As intern you will get exposure to different HR functions: not one day will be the same for you. You’ll start with getting daily mentoring and supervision in your work, and when you’re ready you’ll get the chance to work independently with own responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently studying Human Resources or recently graduated
  • Positive and creative mindset
  • Experience with recruitment is an advantage
  • Work experience in the IT industry is an advantage
  • Internship period will be least 6 months

Skills and capabilities:

  • Outstanding English language skills, spoken and written
  • A fast learner with a can-do attitude and passion for HR
  • A good communicator, team player and customer oriented
  • Flexible and able to prioritize different tasks and responsibilities
  • Discrete, punctual and accountable

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, such as spreading job advertisements and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in the organization of HR activities, such as social responsibility projects, staff events and the company newsletter
  • Assist in the organization of on-boarding and induction of new employees
  • Assist in company branding activities
  • Support the general HR administration
  • Support the HR team members on other various HR matters
