IT Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our Apptizer Inc. USA business. The selected candidate will require to provide a superior customer support to Apptizer customers and guests by answering and resolving inbound requests via phone, email, and other means.The candidate will provide direct phone, chat and email support to our US customer base by helping to onboard, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to their Apptizer business environment. 

We are looking for someone who is creative, outgoing, and can adapt quickly in our fast-moving organization.

Required skills and experience

  • Customer oriented: you “own” the customer’s problems and are able to solve inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technical skills quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • Experience in web designing, graphic designing will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with customers as the first point of contact, to resolve issues using phone, email, desktop viewing and chat services
  • Identify and provide input to the customer support knowledge base
  • Working collaboratively with sales and other departments to ensure conversion, seamless onboarding and deployment

The selected candidate will work US work hours, transportation home will be provided.
