Gain in depth product knowledge and play a business and technical consultative role in sales/ pre-sales, generating leads, winning customers and closing deals
Identify opportunities by forming close business relationships with customers, with the intent of developing their business as well as cross-selling/ up-selling our products
Design and develop, business and technical pre-sales material for tenders, involving in the tender process, strategizing to win
Gather, analyze and manage requirements for projects
Be a reliable and efficient conduit between customers and internal teams
Apply design thinking and contribute to product roadmap
Conduct market research & develop product marketing strategies
Validate product-market fit for new products
Develop business and financial models
Exceed meeting strategic objectives

Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent 4 to 5 years of pre-sales or business analysis experience
Partially or fully qualified in CIMA or work experience demonstrating similar knowledge/ skill
Can do attitude and a go-getter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to think on feet, good analytical and problem solving skills which help to formulate solutions while fronting customers
Background in Telco domain, hardware and deployment architectures will be a definite advantage
